The HBC803 Series Vapor Recovery Adaptors are engineered for the lower side installation of tanker trucks, linking directly to vapor vent valves via pipelines. Designed to optimize vapor recovery during sealed loading operations, these adaptors allow fast and secure connections to depot vapor recovery pipelines. Two connection types are available: female threaded (BSPP or NPT standard) and flange-mounted, both enabling efficient vapor return to the depot system without exceeding P/V vent ratings.

These adaptors are ideal for multi-compartment loading at high flow rates. Their compact, lightweight die-cast construction ensures excellent gas flow, minimal pressure drop, and long-lasting durability. The unique piston design maintains smooth vapor circulation, while the valve stem points toward the tank, reducing the risk of leakage if the tanker tips. Pneumatic control provides a labor-saving, convenient operation, and when paired with an air interlock, the vapor vent valve can be automatically managed for enhanced safety.

HBC803-FS – Stainless Steel 304, flange 3” or 4” with 4 or 8 bolt holes, male 4” Camlock outlet for chemical-resistant applications.

The Vapor Recovery Adaptor is installed on the lower side of the tank and connected to the vapor vent valve through pipelines.  When the tank is being filled in a sealed manner, the Vapor Recovery Adaptor can be quickly connected to the vapor recovery pipeline of the oil depot. It has two types of connecting methods, one is female  threaded and another type is flange connections to recover vapor into the oil depot.

The valve body has a compact and lightweight structure, good gas flow, and is suitable for gas circulation in oil tanks; pneumatic control is labor-saving and convenient; the unique piston design ensures vapor flow, and the pressure inside the valve body will be minimized; the valve stem is directed into the direction of the oil tank so that to prevent leakage caused by high pressure when the tank truck tips over; high-quality die-cast body and internal components, high performance and strong reliability; installed on the vapor recovery system, it can control the opening and closing of the vapor vent valve if it is installed with an air interlock.
